Connection details are given if there is a property which is connected for water/drainage within the area of land being searched. We would recommend that when making a request for a ‘land at’ enquiry when a connection is known that the details are provided.

If a report has been completed and returned which shows the land as not having a water connection and it is known to be served for water and/or drainage, please contact us with a South West Water property reference or a meter serial number or a water and drainage bill provided by the retailer and we can investigate this further.

Please note that Water Trough addresses do not normally match the search addresses and would be something like ‘Trough, In The Parish of …’.
